During the third quarter of 2023, the top consumer finance applications in Guatemala showcased interesting trends in downloads and active users. Here’s a closer look at the performance of the leading apps in this category:

BANRURAL maintained a consistent performance throughout the quarter. Weekly downloads fluctuated slightly but remained robust, peaking at around 15.8K in mid-July and closing the quarter with approximately 15.3K. Active users hovered around 240K to 250K, with a notable increase towards the end of September, reaching about 253.6K.

Bi en Línea saw a steady rise in weekly downloads, starting at approximately 10.4K in early July and culminating at around 12.2K by the end of September. Active users also showed a positive trend, growing from about 285K at the beginning of the quarter to over 301K by the end.

Banco Azteca Guatemala experienced stable weekly downloads, ranging from 5.9K to 6.8K, with a slight dip in the last week of September. Active users consistently increased throughout the quarter, starting at approximately 41.5K and rising to just over 49.7K.
